Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a strong professional network.
• Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
• Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.
• Understanding of basic risk assessment and policy coverage principles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to discuss insurance needs and identify coverage gaps.
• Provide clear explanations of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions.
