Develop and grow a local client base by identifying individuals and families who need tailored protection.
Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure every client is properly shielded from unexpected risks.
Manage your own schedule effectively to balance high-touch client meetings and administrative tasks.
Translate complex policy language into clear, understandable advice that empowers clients to make informed decisions.
Foster long-term relationships through consistent, meaningful follow-ups and personalized service interactions.
Collaborate with our home office to share insights on market trends and client needs in the Butler area.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Pennsylvania.
Three or more years of successful experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
Deep familiarity with insurance coverage structures and risk assessment.
Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management software.
Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to Butler, Pennsylvania.
Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to explain complex policy details simply.
