Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent plus 3 years in graphical CAM CNC programming.
• Alternative: high school diploma with 6 years in CAM programming.
• Experience creating 5-axis CAM programs using NX or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-efficiency CNC programs for complex multi-axis setups.
• Use Vericut to validate code and optimize toolpaths in a virtual environment.
• Develop adaptive probing routines and closed-loop machining processes.
• Integrate new multi-million-dollar machine tools and establish standards.
• Mentor on the shop floor and share knowledge across the team.
• Provide CNC programming support and operator training during startups.
