Qualifications

• OR Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours may substitute for the experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing applicants to determine eligibility for Food Assistance, Medicaid and Cash Assistance.
• Process data in a computer-based eligibility system and verify information.
• Explain deadlines, required actions, and program requirements to clients.
• Maintain multiple electronic files and manage a varying electronic caseload.
