Qualifications

• One year of experience performing eligibility reviews or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in-person at the Apache Junction office.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-person and by telephone in a fast-paced office environment.
• Attend paid classroom training with on-the-job training.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals and families facing challenging situations.
• Collect information to conduct interviews and determine eligibility for Medical, Nutrition, and Cash Assistance.
• Complete applications and interviews while entering data across multiple screens.
• Adhere to agency standards for attendance, service levels, accuracy, and timeliness.
