Responsibilities

• Conducts SNAP and TANF quality interviews, by phone or face-to-face.
• Processes SNAP and TANF applications and renewals by determining eligibility and authorizing benefits.
• Manages ABAWD caseload, updates tracking, and determines SNAP eligibility for assigned cases.
• Maintains case records in the agency system and documents client activities to support continued eligibility.
• Identifies overpayments and prepares documentation for referrals and Fair Hearings.
