Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn policies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and recipients to determine financial eligibility for public assistance programs.
• Evaluate data from various sources and enter information into eligibility systems.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility determinations.
• Process work in compliance with state and federal regulations and procedures.
