Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Seattle seeks an experienced Project Manager for Existing Installations (EI) to lead safety-focused service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and grow revenue across the portfolio of elevators and escalators.

You will manage audits, build long-term client relationships, supervise staff, plan preventive maintenance, and partner with field technicians to deliver reliable, compliant projects in a dynamic, urban environment.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in building and managing client relationships.
• Ability to split office and fieldwork with local travel.
• Excellent presentation skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, safety, and performance of service operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and secure maintenance sales.
• Oversee servicing, repair, and modernization of existing units.
• Achieve sales targets through strategic account development.
• Lead workforce planning, training, and safety oversight.
• Collaborate with field technicians to deliver a seamless customer experience.
