Schindler Group is seeking a Project Manager for Existing Installations in the El Paso area. You will oversee elevator and escalator service operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will manage maintenance, repair, and modernization efforts and serve as the primary liaison with customers. Responsibilities include leading account management, coordinating field teams, and developing strategic sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in project management or similar role.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and urgency.
• Proficient in building client relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, safety and performance of service operations for elevators and escalators.
• Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth through account management.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair and modernization activities.
• Maintain proactive relationships with customers and field staff.
