You will manage existing installations, lead a team, oversee risk, and develop long-term client relationships, with local travel and cross-functional collaboration.

The role offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary range of $113,400 to $141,700.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree required or equivalent; 3–5 years relevant work experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage office and fieldwork with local travel.
• Proficient in building and managing client relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, safety, and performance of service operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Oversee servicing, repair, and improvement of existing units per standards.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and identify maintenance, repair, and modernization opportunities.
• Lead staffing, training, and safety oversight for assigned projects.
• Support sales with estimating service orders and coordinating work.
• Negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
