Schindler Elevator Corporation in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior Project Manager EI to lead customer relationships for elevator and escalator services, oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, and drive quality, safety, and cost control across projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, technicians, and contractors, managing field operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries while supporting P&L objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and customer relationship abilities.
• Resourceful, organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP and elevators/escalators; HVAC/building systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relationships for elevator and escalator services; oversee maintenance, repair and upgrades.
• Manage site safety, quality and cost; support area P&L through project oversight.
• Build and renew maintenance/service agreements with owners and managers.
• Coordinate routes, scheduling, parts ordering, and payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and contractors to optimize workflows.
• Investigate operational issues and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
