Job summary

Schindler Group in San Francisco seeks a Project Manager for Existing Installations to ensure safety, quality, and performance of service operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will oversee servicing, repair, and modernization of existing units, manage client relationships, and lead account management with a focus on cost efficiency and safety. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree preferred or 3–5 years relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, safety, and performance of service operations.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and secure service agreements.
• Lead cost-efficient operations and drive revenue growth; meet sales targets.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely payments within portfolio.
• Collaborate with field technicians and drive lead generation and customer experience.
