Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, safety and performance of elevator service operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and identify maintenance, repair, and modernization opportunities.
• Assist with estimating service orders, scheduling work and resolving customer issues.
• Achieve sales targets through strategic account development and industry expertise.
