Job summary

Schindler Group in Seattle is seeking a Project Manager for Existing Installations to ensure safety, quality, and performance of elevator and escalator service operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will oversee servicing, repair, and improvements of existing units, cultivate long-term client relationships, and manage account development, with a focus on safety and cost efficiency.

Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, safety, and compliance for service projects.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and renewals.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance, repair, and modernization sales.
• Coordinate sales support, estimates, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate contracts balancing customer needs with company goals.
• Manage workforce planning, training, and performance for projects.
