Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience or leadership of field technicians preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external customers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required as minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for service and repair projects and maintain schedules.
• Manage budgets for materials and labor per Otis guidelines.
• Conduct field safety audits and trainings to ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate material deliveries and purchases, and forecast labor resources.
• Develop site safety plans and maintain relationships with customers and staff.
