Job summary

KONE is seeking a Product Support Manager, Elevator for the Moline, IL area. The role focuses on managing product support activities across local and global teams to ensure parts availability, quality, and cost objectives.

You will coordinate with AME, Global Spares, Supply Line, Quality, Sourcing and Engineering to drive effective material recommendations and lifecycle management. A 4-year technical degree or equivalent elevator industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in managing product support activities, preferably in the Elevator industry.
• A 4-year technical degree (engineering preferred) or 6+ years in elevator industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support cases related to parts identification and spare parts inquiries through the help desk.
• Support new product introductions, material documentation, inventory requirements, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
