Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive and successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience learning and selling innovative technological solutions.
• Familiar with or willing to learn a solution selling methodology (e.g., Sandler).
• Ability to motivate cross‑functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue and build relationships with potential customers to generate new opportunities.
• Identify complex technology solutions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer growth.
• Provide direction to field personnel (maintenance mechanics, helpers, repair crews) for maintenance & repair projects.
• Supervise routing, scheduling, and 100% job coverage across assigned accounts.
