Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in customer service or supervisory experience.

• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and monitor all incoming calls from US/Canada and respond promptly.
• Escalate and assign cases to second specialized line as needed.
• Answer calls from technicians and staff regarding issues and resolutions.
• Proactively update customer contact and master data records.
