Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert for vertical and horizontal transportation systems and oversees safety compliance.
• Manages campus elevator maintenance program, preventive maintenance, service interruptions, and return-to-service approvals.
• Coordinates inspections, permits and documentation; oversees contract vendors and invoices.
• Direct supervision of Elevator Program staff and collaboration on capital improvement planning.
• Ensures safe and reliable elevator operation and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
