TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Project Manager- Modernization in New Haven, CT. You will coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization projects, set up new jobs and change orders, and manage documentation and communications to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes coordination with customers, sales teams, and field managers, as well as handling permits, plan checks, and approvals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or in progress.
• Experience coordinating construction or modernization projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization projects.
• Set up new modernization jobs and change orders; submit for processing.
• Maintain job files with data on status, correspondence and upcoming actions.
• Issue purchase orders and file into job books.
• Coordinate permits, plan checks, OSHPD/DSA approvals and inspections.
• Monitor progress via communication with customers, sales teams and field managers.
• Prepare acceptances and turnovers; perform other duties as assigned.
