The role requires 2+ years of project coordination, PMP certification (or started within first year), Six Sigma, and Salesforce experience. You’ll read blueprints, work with sales during bids, supervise field teams, and maintain safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required or in progress, to be completed within the first year.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints or architectural drawings.
• Elevator modernization or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating and supporting construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from bid review to closeout.
• Coordinate with sales during bidding and handoff to confirm scope, timeline, and budget.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer requests and updates.
• Schedule, monitor, and coordinate internal and field teams to meet milestones.
• Conduct jobsite audits and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets and ensure proper financial closeout of projects.
