Strong collaboration with owners, consultants, and contractors is essential. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience, a valid driver’s license, and solid elevator industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive management experience in elevator industry.
• Valid driver's license required and clean MVR.
• Deep knowledge of elevator industry and management methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and prioritize modernization jobs including manpower needs.
• Manage safety program and perform weekly safety audits.
• Oversee job status using reports to identify risk and opportunity.
• Interact with owners, consultants, construction firms and architects.
• Review bids and provide cost input for labor and materials.
• Sign off on change orders and approvals as needed.
• Lead subcontractor schedule and performance on turnkey projects.
• Maintain SOPs and stay current with industry codes.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate across teams.
