Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and prioritize elevator modernization projects and manpower needs using project management tools.
• Supervise modernization field employees and provide direction and training.
• Administer and enforce the safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Review job status using reports and identify risks and opportunities; report fades prior to revenue.
• Manage subcontractor schedule and performance on turnkey projects.
• Maintain relationships with owners, elevator consultants and architects and review change orders.
