Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an Equipment Field Leader for the San Francisco territory to lead and manage volume modernization projects. You will define objectives, oversee installation work, and coordinate teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation across safety, ethics and quality, dealings with authorities for approvals, and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Otis offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience is required.
• High school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (7+ years).
• Experience with the elevator and building trades.
• Safety is your top priority; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment; computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and manage installation projects.
• Manage administrative and material tasks.
• Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the project team to mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks.
• Work closely with local authorities on document submissions, site inspections for a smooth project completion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability.
