Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a team of technicians is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a team environment.
• Strong computer and technology skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field safety and quality of service in the Houston territory.
• Plan and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and standards.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower and materials.
• Conduct field education and training for the field workforce.
• Improve efficiencies by managing routes and reducing callbacks.
• Provide technical support to field staff as needed.
