Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Memphis is seeking a talented Equipment & Modernization Field Leader to lead installation, modernization and construction projects within the Memphis territory.

You will define objectives, manage teams or subs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires a high school education (BA/BS preferred) or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in elevator/building trades.

Qualifications

• A high school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years).
• You have experience with the elevator and building trades.
• Safety is your top priority; strong communication and leadership in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and manage installation projects.
• Manage administrative and material tasks.
• Ensure projects run on time and on budget, monitoring teams and subcontractors.
• Mitigate safety, ethics and quality risks with the project team.
• Coordinate with authorities on submissions and inspections for smooth completion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
