Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an Equipment Field Leader for the San Francisco territory to lead and manage volume modernization projects. You will define objectives, oversee installation work, and coordinate teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation across safety, ethics and quality, dealings with authorities for approvals, and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Otis offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience is required.
• High school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (7+ years).
• Experience with the elevator and building trades.
• Safety is your top priority; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment; computer and organizational skills.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Elevator industry experience is required for this role

• You have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• You are self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen

Salary Transparency:

The salary range for this role is $155,000-$165,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

We will train you intensively in the areas of technology, processes & soft skills and you can exchange ideas with experienced colleagues at any time.
