Job summary

Capco Crane & Hoist, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Elevator Industry to drive growth in the elevator market across the NY region.

You will develop new business opportunities, build relationships with elevator contractors, and promote elevator ropes and related products. The role requires strong outside sales experience, knowledge of elevator components, and the ability to travel as needed to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably B2B or industrial.
• Experience selling into the elevator industry is strongly preferred.
• CRM experience and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand presence in the elevator market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with elevator contractors and service providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop long-term partnerships.
• Promote elevator-specific products such as hoist ropes and related rigging.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
