Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Technical Support Admin for its Elevator Controls team in Sacramento, CA. The role centers on supporting customers, coordinating technical documentation, and ensuring quality and reliability across operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or technical support, strong communication skills, and experience with Word/Excel. An Associate degree is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, technical support, or admin roles.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or higher preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; bilingual a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with parts inquiries, quotes, orders, and status updates via phone, email, and other channels.
• Process parts orders and prepare confirmations, shipments, and tickets.
• Administer RMAs for warranty replacements, repairs, and returns with timely resolution.
• Investigate returns, resolve documentation discrepancies, and coordinate with customers to obtain required information.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and support order fulfillment.
• Assist in documenting and training Technical Support team processes and procedures.
