Job summary

Axis Elevator LLC, a growing, independent elevator company serving South Florida, seeks an Account Manager / Sales Representative to support growth through managing an existing portfolio and pursuing new business. The role requires relationship-building with property managers, condo associations, owners, and engineers across South Florida.

The position offers commission alongside base salary, vehicle allowance, paid time off, holidays, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in elevator sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management preferred.
• Elevator industry experience is required.
• Existing relationships within SF-area property management, condo, hospitality, or commercial real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing elevator service customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and Axis Elevator.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry relationships.
• Identify and pursue new elevator maintenance contract opportunities.
• Survey, prepare, present, and follow up on proposals for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
