Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a luxury retail setting in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will meet personal and store goals while supporting daily operations and inventory movements.

The role blends luxury service with omnichannel selling, team collaboration, and a focus on building lasting client relationships to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS tools.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
• Process transactions efficiently and manage inventory movements.
• Support inventory cycles and assist teammates as required.
