Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in physical therapy or related field.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Continuing education in acute stroke care as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Design an appropriate plan of care and adjust based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Document care consistent with CTSCP67 policies.
• Monitor care delivered by support personnel and provide feedback.
• Complete annual education for DNV Hip and Knee program if applicable.
