Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with plan of care based on goals and progress.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Maintains documentation per policy and demonstrates safe body mechanics.
• Communicates progress and treatment plans with referring providers.
• Screens and evaluates patients to determine need for therapy services.
