Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; Spanish a plus.
• Dental lab terminology knowledge preferred.
• Highly motivated, well-organized with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and rapid accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls professionally and route to appropriate teams.
• Provide friendly, accurate, solution-focused support by phone and email.
• Respond to questions about cases, timelines, pickups, deliveries and lab processes.
• Maintain professionalism with doctors, staff, and internal departments.
• Follow up to obtain missing information and ensure resolution.
• Open and maintain customer accounts; process payments when needed.
