Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental lab products and techniques preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Track, enter, and research information in current systems.
• Prepare shipping materials by weighing, stamping, and labeling invoices.
• Disinfect incoming cases following safety processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog.
• Assemble and fill boxes for shipment.
• Assist with routing internal drivers for pickup and delivery.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Support employees and managers with shipping-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
