Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental anatomy.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple software platforms.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on improvement of cases hold time, getting cases back into production after resolving questions and issues.
• Communicate with manufacturing on any issues, defects or otherwise non-conformance to ensure proper feedback and client follow up.
• Inspection of incoming work and direct communication with the client on any non-conformance issues, verify the cases consist of the correct product(s) listed, have the necessary items to proceed and are scheduled properly to ensure success in the production process.
• Develop and maintain complete and up-to-date records within a database of all contacts, and contacts and client activity.
• Develop a close working relationship with manufacturing, operations and customer experience staff to effectively perform job responsibilities.
• Communication with dental offices via incoming calls, outgoing calls, and emails.
