Job summary

Leixir Dental Laboratories in Timonium, MD is seeking a Client Technical Advisor to help keep production moving by reducing case hold times and resolving questions quickly. You will communicate with manufacturing about issues, inspect incoming work for conformance, and maintain records of client activity.

This in-person role requires knowledge of dental anatomy, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple software platforms while delivering high-quality dental lab services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental anatomy is required.
• Proficient computer skills across multiple software platforms.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Focus on improvement of cases hold time, getting cases back into production after resolving questions and issues.
• Communicate with manufacturing on issues, defects or non-conformance to ensure feedback and client follow-up.
• Inspect incoming work for conformance and verify correct products, items, and scheduling for production.
• Develop and maintain complete records within a database of all contacts and client activity.
• Foster relationships with manufacturing, operations and customer experience staff to perform duties.
• Communicate with dental offices via phone calls and emails.
