Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time teacher to share the gospel in a classroom setting with public school students and active church participants. You will complete required training and the LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days of start date, and participate in annual LifeWise Summits and regular meet-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church setting.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using LifeWise curriculum and customize as needed.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters, including health concerns and permissions.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and manage emergency procedures.
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers and program director, and promote LifeWise's religious mission.
