Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time teacher to share the gospel and teach in public school settings using the LifeWise curriculum. Ideal candidates are active church participants with strong communication and interpersonal skills, caring and perceptive in working with children.

The role requires a minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings and a mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy’s Statement of Faith.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy's What We Believe.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training; participate in LifeWise events.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the curriculum and customize lessons.
• Invest in relationships with students and pray for them regularly.
• Maintain an organized, engaging classroom using redemptive discipline.
