Job summary

Soliant Health is partnering with a southeast U.S. school district to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for elementary students. This contract role focuses on a single campus with a caseload of 45–50 students and a 37.5-hour work week.

CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility and SC state licensure are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families to support each child’s communication goals and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Current SC SLP licensure.
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred.
• Collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to serving diverse student needs.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services for an elementary caseload.
• Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
