Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support K-2 students at a single elementary campus on a full-time contract from Oct 1 to Dec 31. The role emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based therapy, IEP development, and routine documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an active SLP license with CCC, has pediatric school-based experience, and thrives in a team environment while delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license (required prior to start).
• CCC certification required.
• Experience with pediatric speech therapy and IEP processes in school settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify needs and track progress.
• Develop, write, and update IEPs in alignment with district policies.
• Deliver direct, evidence-based therapy sessions for elementary learners.
• Attend IEP and team meetings to collaborate with educators and families.
• Complete required documentation and reporting within paid administrative time.
• Ensure compliance with district and state requirements for SLP services.
