Job summary

Caliber Public Schools is seeking a Behavior/SEL Support Lead for Beta Academy in San Pablo, CA. The role oversees socio-emotional services, leads SEL initiatives, and partners with families, staff, and the SST to support students’ well-being and academic success.

You will implement PBIS, coordinate with external providers, and model restorative practices while coaching teachers and leading professional development throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with CPI & RBT training or willingness to obtain.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and appropriate clearances.
• TB clearance and Livescan requirements prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEL and restorative practices across the school.
• Manage PBIS infrastructure and SST processes.
• Coordinate with families, staff, and external providers.
