Job summary

Caliber Public Schools seeks a Behavior/SEL Support Lead for Beta Academy in San Pablo to guide socio-emotional services, lead SEL professional development, and manage restorative practices. The position reports to the Principal, is full-time and exempt, with a salary scale of $85,000-$118,000 based on experience and expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CPI & RBT training or willingness to obtain certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; TB clearance within 60 days; Livescan clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEL and behavior support aligned with Restorative Justice.
• Oversee PBIS and school-wide behavior supports.
• Coordinate with SPED and external providers for student support.
• Provide staff training on SEL practices and restorative strategies.
• Communicate with families and admin on student progress.
