Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise parents/guardians on student progress and provide feedback to students, families and staff.
• Monitor student activities across classroom, lunch, and school grounds.
• Reinforce and reteach student conduct, attendance and academic procedures as needed.
• Attend PBIS meetings and provide materials to staff.
• Assist teachers with implementing curriculum as needed.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to improve student outcomes.
• Support efforts to increase on-track-to-graduate rates.
• Maintain regular attendance to meet student needs.
• Cultivate a respectful learning environment.
• Report incidents for student safety.
• Input, maintain and analyze Check-in/Check-out data in Synergy.
