Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school social worker to support elementary students across a district, delivering direct counseling and collaborating with teachers and families. The role emphasizes social, emotional, and academic growth with flexibility to work at a main site and district-wide as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid PEL with School Social Worker endorsement.
• Experience with elementary-age students preferred.
• Understanding of IEP processes, SEL frameworks, MTSS/RTI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills.
• Flexibility to support main site and district-wide as needed.
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive school climate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct counseling services to students individually and in group settings.
• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral health initiatives.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEPs and 504 planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to students' circumstances.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and referrals to resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district protocols.
