Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support K-5 students in a school-based setting near Perth Amboy, NJ. This full-time contract position starts ASAP and runs through June, providing direct OT services aligned with IEP goals and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Active OT license for NJ

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for student occupational needs
• Deliver direct OT services to designated elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ participation and progress in the classroom
• Document therapy sessions, maintain required records, and contribute to progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer strategies to promote student independence and engagement
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on supporting students’ functional skills
