Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time School-based Occupational Therapist to support elementary and early childhood learners near Buffalo, MN.

Contract runs Sept 1, 2026 through June 3, 2027, with a 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday. You will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned goals, provide OT services in classroom and other settings, and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Active MN OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in school-based OT for elementary/early childhood.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and case management.
• Excellent communication for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individual and group interventions.
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and fostering independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students in elementary and early childhood programs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with student needs and IEPs.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classroom and other school settings.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student achievement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required by school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development activities.
