Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a two-site contract near Oswego, IL, working two elementary days and three high school days per week. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct therapy, collaborating with educators and families to integrate goals into classrooms and daily routines.

You will document thoroughly and participate in IEP meetings while helping students develop independence and functional skills in diverse settings. Benefits may include healthcare and housing options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in Illinois
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Ability to adapt interventions for students K-12
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans focusing on each student's unique strengths
• Deliver direct services in both group and one-on-one settings, supporting academic and daily living skills
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Maintain detailed documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student access to necessary supports
