Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support elementary students in a contracted school-year role near Seaside, OR. The position offers a flexible schedule with 16–24 hours per week and collaborative planning with teachers and families.

You will deliver assessments, create individualized treatment plans, participate in IEP meetings, and document therapy activities to ensure compliance and student progress in a nurturing school environment.

Qualifications

• Current OR Occupational Therapy license required.
• Experience in school-based therapy is highly valued.
• Strong communication and collaboration with educators, students, families.
• Ability to adapt interventions for elementary-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments and evidence-based occupational therapy services to elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support students’ educational goals.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all therapy activities.
• Foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive therapy environment in the school community.
