Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with additional college credits or an ETS ParaPro score.
• One of: Associate’s degree credits or 72 quarter/48 semester credits from an accredited institution; or ParaPro score 455+.

Responsibilities

• Assist certificated teachers in implementing educational programs and managing student behavior.
• Identify student learning needs and monitor progress with teachers’ guidance.
• Provide supervision to ensure safety and a positive classroom environment.
• Support small groups or individual students to achieve academic and behavioral goals.
